"Superior Service gave a great price and provided great service for my home roofing needs in Nixa, MO. My husband and I were a little scared when we had to give a deposit, but we were assured by the contractor that we would not have to give the deposit until the day the materials were on our roof. Two days later the materials arrived, we gave a deposit, they finished the work fast and effectively and took pictures to show us the steps that were taken. They completed every line item in the contract and replaced some rotten boards for no extra charge. We even recieved a free upgrade from 3 tab shingles to architectural shingles which last a lot longer. They used 30 pound felt instead of the cheaper 15 pound felt and gave us brand new vents and cap ridge with new edge drip. | Superior was the best remodeling company we found in Branson! Superior Service USA has by far been the best kitchen remodeler and bathroom contractor we've used in the last ten years. They were prompt for the appointment and overly courteous as they took thier shoes off when they came into the house. Thier price was more than reasonable and by far cheaper than the others, but the contract was extremely detailed. They went over and above the contract bid specifications and delivered on time as promised. The Bathroom remodel came out incredible as well as the Kitchen. Overall I would say you can trust them without fear of being taken advantage of-. My wife and I paid them before the contract was finished on our own accord because we really appreciated what they were doing- they came back several times after the work was completed to do extra touch ups and to make sure we were happy. Joshua Carpenter is a wonderful person, contractor and tradesman...delightful and really impressive! They completed the job and did everything they said they would. Two Thumbs Up! And a warm welcome back for our basement remodel next spring. « Hide |

| Hi my name is Annie and I want people to know about this company. So far they have been great. My home looks great but more importantly it feels great to know what is behind the workmanship. The materials are all hand selected. Joshua took time out of his schedule to take me shopping and give me an in depth view of the possibilities. My creativity is not prominent but where I lack, Joshua made up for it. He really seams to know whats in my head as far as vision and helps guide me to what I am feeling. His crew is real decent and his love for what he does is unmistakeable. I know I will be hiring him again because he really cares. Hes not out for money because he never presses me to pay him. Overall, I rate him Five Stars. I really vote Superior Service USA for remodeling and structural work. Also, I like Joshuas artistic design ability. He sure can match and blend just about anything in wood, paint, varnish, stain, texture and more. I would say he is very perfectionist about all his work and keeps me well informed by pictures or email or by phone about everything that is goin on. Awsome Job. | It's really hard to find a Top Rated Contractor that you can trust to perform quality work at a Low Price. I must tell you that Superior Service USA Performed Above All My Expectations in Quality and Price. I called on very short notice, actually needed repairs done the next day. I called several different contractors, and only chose those who had high service ratings & reviews. I was kinda surprised because some of the contractors didn't even return my call until several days later when the work was already done. Not only did Superior Service USA get the repairs done the next day but it was half the price of what other contractors quoted. Superior Service USA took the time to offer some cost saving tips that really made a difference. Superior Service USA...you rate off the charts in my book! Thank You So Much! « Hide |

| Hi, My name is Rusty and I am very pleased with Superior Service USA. They were prompt and courteous on the first service call they performed. I could not find where water was coming in, only random water spots and mold. Superior Service USA located the problem which turned out to be the roof and was able to repair the leaky spots. After locating more problems, I asked them to replace the entire roof. I told them I was paying out of pocket and they gave me 20 percent off. I was so pleased with the work that I had them repair all of the damaged interior and remodel our basement which was unfinished. I was treated more than fair and given many choices for correction and creative designs to choose from. I was not pressured to do anything, which was comforting. Superior Service USA is a real decent company. Five Stars and Two Thumbs UP!! « Hide |
